The Bacofoil 2 in 1 Parchment / Baking paper and Foil has been designed to be a really handy tool for any cook.

With the benefits of both foil and non-stick parchment, it really does marry the best of both worlds. The foil helps to insulate the ingredients and encourages heating throughout, whilst the parchment side protects the food and stops anything from sticking.

Easy to shape, it’s perfect for a variety of cooking ideas from delicious savoury ‘en papillote’ dishes to soft sweet muffins made in individual cases
