Click & Collect
We are now trialling a ‘Click & Collect’ service that lets you choose and pay for your products online, then collect them free of charge from our Newport Store.
To select this service, go through the checkout process as normal but select ‘Store Pick Up’ as your shipping rate.
Once you place your order:
We’ll email you confirmation of your order immediately, and you’ll receive another email as soon as your items are ready to collect.
When will my items be ready to collect?
We aim to have your order ready to pick up the next working day. In some instances where stock levels are low there may be a slight delay, however we will inform you of this as soon as possible.
What information will I need to collect my order?
You will need to quote your order number and bring personal identification such as a driving license, passport or a credit / debit card when collecting your order.
If you would like someone else to collect your order on your behalf, they MUST bring a copy of the 'Order confirmation’ email (either printed or on a device) as well as their own photo ID.
Why can’t I pick up my order from another branch?
At the moment we are only trialling this service at our main branch in Newport. If this is successful we will roll it out across all of our shops. In the meantime if you would like to order something to be picked up at a different branch you can call us on 01983 523636 or email at email@example.com.
How long will my order be held for?
If the order is not collected within 14 days the product(s) will be returned to stock and a refund issued to your original payment method.
