Used for baking shepherds / meat pies and pudding etc.
Completely oven safe up to 520oF (270oC)
Dishwasher proof
Falcon Enamelware has a white porcelain enamel finish which is fused on heavy gauge steel. Also has a distinctive blue rim.
Can be used on Electric and Gas hobs but prime use is in the oven.
