Change is in the air...

It’s been a busy few weeks here at W Hurst & Son.

If you’ve shopped online with us before you may have noticed that our website has been completely redesigned. It should now be easier to find what you’re looking for and should be much easier to use on a mobile device. Going forwards there will be an increased focus on our current offers and promotions.

To go along with our brand spanking new website, we recently launched a new live chat function. This snazzy little thing will enable us to answer your questions at lightning speed, whether you’re asking about stock levels or order updates.

Rest assured, you can still get in touch with us via email or phone.

A far more important change (at least where our customers are concerned) took place in our warehouse recently. We now have a dedicated area for packing and despatching online orders. This has already made a big difference to how quickly we are able to send orders out and many of our returning customers seem very happy with the results. 

To those of you who are subscribed to our email newsletter, you might have noticed a bit more activity on that front. We’re aiming to send about one email per week, but this is still new to us, so don’t quote us on that! Scroll down to the bottom of this page and subscribe to check it out (if you want).

If you’re following us on Facebook or Instagram, we’re going to make more of an effort to post more regularly and reply to any and all comments and questions.

While we’re at it, this blog that you’re reading right now is another new addition - one that we hope will provide our customers with a great amount of value. We’re planning on posting how-to guides, gift ideas, product reviews and company updates (like this one). If you’ve got any ideas for us, or if there’s something you’d like to see, please don’t hesitate to let us know.
