We recommend Monday 20th DECEMBER (Before 12 Noon) as the last day to order goods for delivery in the mainland UK for delivery before Christmas. For your own peace of mind we would recommend ringing to check stock before ordering if delivery times are crucial. We can only ensure that goods leave us by either 24hr carrier or First class post (depending on the nature of the order).
Once it leaves our store we cannot be held responsible for delays due to failings by the shipping company or Royal Mail.
Parcel collections by our couriers are not taking place on the 27th & 28th of December. Any orders placed after 11:00am on the 23rd will not leave our warehouse until Wednesday 29th.

If an item IS NOT FAULTY and is incorrect as the result of a mistake or decision made by you, you can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The cost incurred in returning goods to us shall be borne by you. Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required. A full refund will only be given if the item is returned in its original packaging and in an unused, resaleable condition.
