The Tala Jam / Confectionary Thermometer is ideal for jams and sugar.

With clear markings it reads from 40 degrees to 200 degrees Celsius and Fahrenheit 100 to 400 degrees.

The markings on the thermometer help to determine the exact temperature to achieve the setting point of sweets jams and many other foods.

The thermometer is made from high quality stainless steel with a strong plastic handle for ease of use.
